Our Process

AMPED approaches each and every project as if we are spending our own money on our own space. From start to finish, each project is guided through our streamlined process to keep projects running smoothly and to keep you notified along the way.
Here’s what you can expect:

1. Discovery

Our team researches our clients before starting a new design. We want to truly understand your industry and your business prior to designing a space to occupy. Our experience likely encompasses your industry, but we want our design to be unique to your needs.

2. Kickoff

A sit-down meeting is scheduled to include the Client Manager, the Project Manager, and Key Design Personnel to identify the scope, budget, design challenges, and client needs. This sets our internal process in motion. This process ensures our team members have all the information needed to begin the design. As the project is in its conceptual state, there are several key decisions at this point, which have effects throughout the entire life cycle of your project. When a new project gets started, it is no secret. This is the idea stage for the project when collaboration is essential and we are able to proudly announce our Client to our internal project team.

3. Constant Communication

No project is static. A project should never be set aside awaiting on the next deliverable or milestone. AMPED strives to usher along the progress of your project, every day – every week. You will be notified throughout the project if there are questions, or even roadblocks that we need to remove.

4. Project Quality Review

A project audit and quality review help to identify issues at specific project milestones. It can help us to determine the root cause a of certain challenge or problem with guidance on how to get back on track. AMPED will take notes from the project meetings, images, emails and more to make sure that every aspect of the project is finished with the highest level of quality. This commitment is enabled and supported by practices embedded in all AMPED projects, which consistently deliver real value to our clients.

5. Delivery

AMPED always delivers a complete MEP package that includes:

A clear vision for the contractor of what to build and how to build it.
Applicable code requirements and compliance standards.
MEP systems that the final occupant can afford and systems that meet or exceed their needs and expectations.
A design that adds value to the project and that the client fully understands and accepts.

6. Follow Through

We answer when our clients call, period. It’s about more than a project—what we do is about people. We care about our client’s needs and want to be a resource even after a project is completed.
